Scan and Analyze
Scan Gauges allow for full-arch digital impressions using your intraoral scanner with unparalleled accuracy. Place gauges on your patient’s MUAs and perform the require scans based on the proposed protocol.
Analyze your implant scans using Nexus Analyzer. Simply drop in the two Scan Gauge scans, align, and get an immediate result during the scanning process.
Never be unsure of a full-arch impression’s accuracy again.
Order & Approve
Log into your Nexus account via the Portal and begin a case. Fill in patient details, choose your indication and customise your prosthesis. Then submit your case, and design will commence. Once designed, you will be sent an email confirmation with 3D file to approve before production. Any questions can be answered or discussed with one of our designers during the approval process.
Receive your Finished Nexus Prosthesis
After design, approval and manufacturing, your case will be shipped directly to your door. Ready for patient installation with our lifetime bar warranty, full-arch cases include an ID warranty card and a patient care kit.

Nexus iOS can be used with most major intraoral scanners, with updated compatibility made regularly.
