Immediate Workflow
Our Nexus Immediate workflows allow you restore your patient including immediate prosthetics with a 24hr-72hr turnaround time*, and our Just in Time® design only service with a 2hr-12hr turnaround*
All Nexus Immediate Prosthetics are acrylic milled with your choice of titanium bar-retained (Immediate Nexus 360°) or titanium cylinder retained (Immediate Bridge on Ti Base) connection.
1. Virtual Smile Design
2 Weeks Before Surgery
Perform foundation scans and upload to the Nexus ordering platform
2. Scan and Order
Day of Surgery
Perform your surgery and scan your patient using Nexus Scan Gauges. Upload scans and submit your order.
3. Immediate Prosthesis
1-3 Days After Surgery
Receive a finished prosthesis, ready for install.

Precision-milled Titanium wrap-around frame with bespoke monolithic acrylic overlay. Our Nexus 360° Immediate differs from the standard Nexus 360° restorations due to tight turnaround times.

STL for chairside 3D printing
Receive your Immediate design as an STL for 3D printing in clinic or to be milled by a local laboratory. Production, material and finishing options are completed by the clinician. Osteon Medical does not take responsibility for prosthetics that are manufactured outside of our facilities.
