Nexus App
The Nexus IOS App allows you to track all current and previous cases once they are ordered through the Nexus Portal.
Use the app to easily and quickly review approvals, add case notes, pictures and even voice recordings of feedback and changes.
Home
View all cases in the app Home page. Click on any category to view the cases in that stage.
Case Category
Cases needing your immediate attention will be in the Requiring Action tab.
Select the top right menu tab to find account details and settings.
Menu Panel & Settings
The Menu pane will show Case overviews, clinic details and general App settings.
Under the Settings tab, regional Tooth Numbering format can be changed and new Authorized Users can be added to your account.
Authorized users will be able to access your app account with the same features, including review and approval of cases.
REQUIRING ACTION
All Cases that require your feedback regarding a Design, changes or a Try-In will be in this category.
Open this window to view all cases and choose a case to respond or view.
Approval Required Cases
Cases here will need clinician input.
For Design/Try-In Approval or other feedback from the case designer.
Tap any case for for information.
Approval Required - More Information
View the components of your order. This will include the details of the order and the needed approval link.

Once approval is opened, this will redirect you to the Chat section where you can view files and approve files.
Click the HTML link to view th 3D design.
VIEW & APPROVE DESIGNS
Once your case is ready for approval, use the App to view the files and approve.
Open Design HTML
Click on the HTML then select the OPEN FILE button to open the 3D viewer - This will open in your phones default browser.
Approve or Request Changes
Use the viewer to pinch, zoom and rotate the design. Use the toolbar in the footer to adjust Opacity and Layers of each design element and comparison.
Review 3D Design
Return to the Nexus App to:
Approve - If no Design Changes are necessary. Case will progress to the next step.
Approve with Changes - For small final adjustments. A popup window will appear for notes and files.
Case will progress after these changes are made (You will NOT receive another Design Approval).
Request Changes - For large changes, a new Design Approval will be sent before continuing. A popup window will appear for notes and files.
