It does not and should not be construed to provide professional health or medical advice replacing the diagnosis, recommendation, advice, treatment, or decision by an appropriately trained and licensed medical professional.
By using Nexus Connect you acknowledge and agree that Nexus Connect may collect and process certain data for the purpose of scan alignment, verification and improvement of the application's performance.
Nexus Connect, Osteon Medical (Trading as Implant Solutions Pty Ltd.) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this software.

Nexus Connect is proprietary software owned and operated by Osteon Medical.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) under your control. Failure to safeguard this information may result in a breach of privacy rights and subject you to applicable legal penalties.
Result Outcomes / False Readings
The scan outcomes generated by Nexus Connect are for informational purposes only and should not be considered in any way as medical advice or diagnosis.
Nexus Connect scan outcomes can result in false conclusions, some scan alignments may incorrectly detect or identify a scanning or placement issue. Therefore, scans are verified internally by Osteon Medical after submission with a Nexus iOS case order. Clinicians will be contacted if scan validation does not pass the internal criteria determined by Osteon Medical.
